Welcome to UAB Wave Space Exploration ("Wave Space", "we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Licensable financial services are provided Striga Technology OÜ, 16298772, Pärnu mnt 110, 11313 Tallinn, Estonia (“Partner”, “Striga”).

1. Definitions

  • User: Any individual using Wave Space services.
  • Send: A product that allows Users to convert Crypto to Euros and vice versa.
  • Services: Includes the "wavelink" product and any other services provided by Wave Space.
  • Partner Services: Financial services provided by our partner, Striga, including User euro accounts, virtual IBANs for euro deposits/withdrawals, Crypto accounts, and trading & exchange services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Additionally, your account must be linked to a valid email address, and you must comply with any requirements set forth by our third-party providers for account creation and access to our Services.

3. Account Registration

To use Wave Space services, Users must register for an account. During registration, Users must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. A password must be created by the User, which will be securely stored by Wave Space. Passwords must meet the following security requirements:

  • At least 8 characters in length.
  • Include both uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Contain at least one number.
  • Include at least one special character.

Wave Space employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure the protection and confidentiality of stored password information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Services

4.1 Send

Users can deposit Crypto into their Wave Space Crypto account. Upon arrival, the Crypto will be sold for Euros at the current market rate and deposited into the User's Euro account. Users must confirm withdrawals to their external bank accounts via a one-time code sent to their mobile phone. Euro proceeds are sent via SEPA Instant to the User's selected external bank account.

Users can also deposit Euros into their Wave Space Euro account using a personal Wave Space virtual IBAN. Upon arrival, the Euros will be used to purchase Crypto at the current market rate and deposited into the User's Crypto account. Users must confirm withdrawals to their external Crypto wallets via a one-time code sent to their mobile phone. Crypto will then be withdrawn to the User's external Crypto wallet of choice.

The Send service charges a 1% fee for converting Crypto to Euros and vice versa. Wave Space guarantees that it will instruct Striga to debit these fees from the User's account in accordance with the pricing applicable to the User. Wave Space assumes liability for compensating any fees charged to which the User has not consented.

5. Fees

  1. Send: 1% conversion fee for Crypto to Euros and vice versa.

6. Partner Services

The following financial services are provided by our partner, Striga:

  • User Euro account
  • User virtual IBANs for euro deposits/withdrawals
  • User Crypto account
  • Trading & exchange services

7. User Obligations

Users agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

8. System Security, Maintenance, and Downtime

Wave Space is committed to ensuring the security of our systems and User data. We utilize robust encryption, secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits to safeguard User information and prevent unauthorized access.

Regular maintenance of our systems is conducted to ensure optimal performance and security. During maintenance periods, services may be temporarily unavailable. Users will be notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may cause service interruptions. In the event of unplanned downtime, Wave Space will notify Users as promptly as possible and provide updates on the status of service restoration.

9. Data Processing and Privacy

To the extent that we process the User’s data upon the instructions of Striga, Wave Space acts as a data processor. However, when processing any additional User data, Wave Space acts as a data controller. We are committed to protecting User privacy and ensuring the security of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate User accounts and access to services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we deem to be in violation of these Terms or detrimental to the services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wave Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to us for the services in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

14. Customer Support

Wave Space is dedicated to providing timely and effective customer support. Users can reach our customer support team via email at contact@wave.space or through the support section of our website. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries, complaints, and claims within 2 business days.
